Paryonsi (Nick) is a diverse and experienced DJ/Producer hailing from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Originally from Newfoundland, Nick moved to Edmonton at a young age. With a strong fascination for music he quickly picked up a guitar and found himself playing in numerous progressive metal projects. More than a decade and a half later, Nicks broad taste in music settled into the depths of the moniker “Thrdwrld” (est. 2014)

After providing direct support for a dynamic range of acts such as Chimpo, Fixate, Khiva, and Scratcha DVA, Nick took a brief hiatus and returned to the scene under the name Paryonsi, playing the same deep and soulful selections with a more varied tempo range. His signature blend of rhythms - reminiscent of hip-hop, jazz, and the driving forces of progressive metal - always strives to stay on top of the freshest sounds in 140 while paying homage to the roots that forges him.
