Hailing from Edmonton, Alberta, Kelly Spriggs is a beacon in the prairie Bass Music scene. Having DJ’d for over a decade, he’s earned his place as a recognizable name in Edmonton and beyond through his quick mixing and risky blending. Often dancing across 4 decks, you may recognize tunes being played but with a unique twist to them. Roots Dubstep is the backbone of his sets while also incorporating everything from breaks and tech to halftime and jungle.
Beyond the decks, Kelly is a founding member and primary builder of the Umbral Sound System - a community-focused events company with custom speakers that has recently hosted the likes of Distinct Motive and The Librarian. Kelly can also be found behind the controls of venues like 9910 and Double Dragon (among others) and teaching the art of DJing at NVMA Studio.
Needless to say, Triggs is a renowned powerhouse in the scene who is always working on an event or project to best showcase the community that helped him grow.
